WELCOME TO THE NANTWICH & DISTRICT RDA GROUP
Nantwich and District Riding for the Disabled Group has been recently formed to serve the area surrounding Nantwich in Cheshire East. Based at Reaseheath Equestrian Centre with our dedicated stables, we help to
provide a full array of riding experiences and social activities. Fundraising, welcoming riders and training volunteers are always at the forefront of our activity to maintain and improve this wonderful Group of enthusiasts.
We have benefitted from several fantastic schemes for Local Charities and we are so very grateful to have been accepted. Donations will truly make a difference to our ponies wellbeing and our ability to function successfully.
The running costs for our ponies, stabling and turn-out have to be constantly met.
Constant fund-raising is at the forefront of our efforts - without funding we cannot exist. Any donation empowers all our volunteers to continue with their amazing efforts.
We will use ALL the funding very wisely.
Why not come and visit us at our wonderful sessions - on Mondays on the mechanical horse and in the indoor arena most Thursday afternoons.
Have a cup of tea with us and meet the riders - you will be made very welcome!
How lucky we are to have such dedicated champions and volunteers for our Group.
It has been a long wait for riding lessons to begin again, but hopefully the resumption of our sessions will be in the near future. We will inform you of any changes as soon as we know and we will begin by inviting riders on an individual basis.
A mum's plea
I have been thinking long and hard about recent events and I have decided that I will continue to donate/pay for Teddie's amazing RDA experience until we resume normality. My feelings are that you are such an important Group with activity for Teddie, I would be very disappointed if COVID-19 would change that opportunity for him. I do hope that fellow supporters of RDA Nantwich & District Group would follow my campaign. At the end of the day, our beautiful ponies still require feed, bedding and regular veterinary attention.
PLEASE PASS ON MY PLEA!

The stars of our show!
We currently have six ponies.
We have been blessed and fortunate to receive help to kit out our four dedicated stables with full rubber flooring for the horses' comfort.
We now have a tack room, a mounting block, a wheelchair ramp, a selection of newly purchased sanitised helmets in different sizes and most of the tack we need.
Our volunteers have purchased their own uniforms and we are a pretty proud bunch!

OUR WONDERFUL SPONSORS
We have been overwhelmed by the help, generosity and support received from local organisations and individuals.
